How engagements are priced
Fees follow the shape of the work. Most assessments are fixed after a short intake; incident debriefs often use a day rate; frequent shippers may prefer a monthly retainer.

Starting figures assume English briefs, remote collaboration, and access to existing telemetry. Multi-region applications, incomplete deploy records, or on-site days in Gwangju adjust the estimate. Taxes and any travel costs are listed separately on the quote.
