Terms of engagement
Last updated: 30 July 2026. These terms govern use of automateddeploy.digital and professional services offered by Automated Deploy.
Acceptance
By using this website or commissioning an assessment, readiness review, incident debrief, or retainer, you agree to these terms. If you engage us on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
Services
Automated Deploy provides professional deployment impact analytics for production applications. Descriptions on this site are informational. A written statement of work or email confirmation defines scope, deliverables, fees, and schedule for each engagement.
Intellectual property
Website content, method descriptions, and our templates remain our intellectual property. Findings briefs and materials we create specifically for your engagement are licensed to you for internal use upon full payment, unless the statement of work states otherwise. You retain ownership of your telemetry, release records, and confidential business information.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for lawful access to systems and data you share with us, for accuracy of deploy timestamps and ownership contacts, and for decisions you make based on our findings. We do not operate your production systems or approve releases unless expressly contracted to do so.
Fees and payment
Fees are as quoted. Invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice. Late payments may pause ongoing work. Refunds are governed by our Refund policy.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Automated Deploy is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or from reliance on assessment findings. Our aggregate liability for a given engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under Korean law.
Confidentiality
We treat non-public information you share for an engagement as confidential and use it only to deliver the contracted work, except where disclosure is required by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea (KR). Courts with jurisdiction in Gwangju, Korea shall have primary competence over disputes arising from these terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
